Our Game-Changer prospect Jacob Battista commits to Viterbo University in the NAIA.

We are super excited to announce that our Game-Changer prospect Jacob Battista has officially committed to Viterbo University Men's Soccer team on a US College Soccer Scholarship. Jacob played for Box Hill United in the Victorian National Premier League (NPL) U18 and U20 competition, as well as the St Kevin’s Senior Boys Team in the Associated Public Schools (APS) Competition. Jacob recently transferred to top NPL side Eastern Lions SC based on his past season performances. He has the ability to play across any position in the attacking line up making him one of the top attacking players over the last 2 years in the APS Sport competition. As a player, Jacob is technically sound, scoring goals with both feet outside the box, as well as close range inside the penalty area. He is physically strong on the ball and can hold the ball up front to allow his team mates to support and get forward. Jacob also contributes well on the defensive end in the air and with set pieces. We are thrilled for Jacob and can't wait to see how his US college adventure unfolds over the next few years! Go Jacob!
